The global multilingual Russian channel is owned by Novosti in Moscow, Russia. Since 2005, Rusia Today channel broadcasts news, entertainment and programs related to Russia. Basically the services of channel are aimed to the Russian people located in all the world, although the channel has a big populartity also in Rusiia.
The launch of the channel costs around 35 million dollars and around 60 million more for its cost operations. Pointitng to all kind of multi language speakers, more than 100 journalists started to work at the company like reports for different countries.
RT channel, today, broadcasts via online streaming, cable and via satellite. The head quarters are in Moscow and Rusia Today channel has a big studio in Washington. Besides the following towns have coverage: Tel Aviv, Los Angeles, London, Paris and Miami.

RT channel is financed partly by the Russian state budget and depending the area programming RT channel has advertisement between the programs.
