Fashion TV is managed by Michel Adam Lisowski. M. A. Lisowski and Eden Group became the major manufacturer and license for many of the biggest brands like Walt Disney and Warner Brothers. His company had more than 4000 workers in Thailand.

In 1996 after the international crisis starting in Thailand Michal A Lisowski decided to sell the company and introduce himself to the "Fashion World".

After leading the popular Café Fashion in Paris, he created the unique channel related to fashion and lifestyle called "Fashion TV".in order to broadcast clips and videos generated in his Restaurant. The channel became to much popular and started to be launched in all the world.
